This 1.5 hour Acupuncture Sound Bath weaves together guided meditation. The ancient practice of acupuncture, and the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments. A meditative environment where your body can fully rest and reset. As the needles gently support energetic balance, sound waves move through the body, encouraging relaxation, release, and integration.

• 12:15–1:45 PM
