Eagle Flexible Packaging is hosting an on-site Meet & Greet hiring event at our headquarters in Batavia, Illinois. Open Positions and Shift Opportunities

Currently, Eagle Flexible Packaging is hiring for multiple positions across nearly every level, including entry-level, skilled, and management roles. In addition, we offer openings on first, second, and third shifts. Importantly, Eagle does not operate on a rotating shift schedule, allowing employees to maintain consistent work hours.

Because of this, candidates looking for long-term stability will find Eagle an excellent place to grow.

What You Can Expect at the Meet & Greet

At the event, candidates will:

• Meet and speak directly with members of Eagle’s operations team

• Bring a printed resume or provide a written summary of work history

• Receive Spanish-speaking support when needed

• Hear back within two business days if their skills align with available roles

As a result, qualified candidates can move quickly through the hiring process.

Event Times

To accommodate different schedules, Eagle Flexible Packaging is offering two sessions:

• Morning Meet & Greet: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Afternoon Meet & Greet: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
