Charcuterie 101 Workshop
Enjoy a fun day of creativity at our historic home for a Charcuterie 101 Workshop. Guests will create their own beautiful boards using our tools & techniques!
Kick off the New Year learning to create a beautiful board overflowing with local goodness, cheese flowers, meat roses, and beautiful edible flowers that are our signature touches. Learn pairing tips and a very special signature cocktail/mock tail recipe.
EACH TICKET TO THE WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE:
– Gift-worthy Chi-cuterie cheese box packaged with signature Chi-cuterie ribbon to transport board home.
– Fine local cheeses, meats and all additional accoutrements for creating the perfect board.
