Guest Bartender Night Supporting the Batavia Food Pantry
Join us for a special evening of community, cocktails, and giving back at Guest Bartender Night with Joe and Sarah. This fun event will help support the Batavia Food Pantry and the families it serves.
For Joe and Sarah, this night means more than just mixing drinks. It is about celebrating the community, supporting small businesses, and helping neighbors in need.
Joe has proudly called the Fox Valley area home his entire life. He grew up in Geneva and graduated with the Class of 2000. Shortly after college, he met Sarah. Together they chose Batavia as the place to build their life and become part of the local community.
Over the years, their love for the area has grown into a passion for helping others. Joe and Sarah both volunteer at the Batavia Food Pantry, where Joe has also served as a board member for more than 10 years.
This year is especially exciting for the organization. After many years of searching, the Batavia Food Pantry has found its permanent home on First Street in Batavia. The new location will provide stability, dignity, and expanded access for the families who rely on its services.
To celebrate this milestone, Joe and Sarah are teaming up with one of their favorite local businesses, Chi-Cuterie in Geneva. Owners Michelle and Robert are generously hosting the event while Joe and Sarah step behind the bar.
Even better, 100% of the tips will be donated to the Batavia Food Pantry.
This time of year is especially important for food pantries. A few months after the holidays, donations and supplies often begin to slow down. Events like this help keep the pantry shelves stocked, support the Clothes Closet, and ensure essential services continue for local families.
